Jon Heidemann  offers custom built coaching & training plans designed specifically for your personal goals.  Each training plan is developed around the athlete's strengths, weaknesses and lifestyle. The overall plan and daily workout schedules are completely customized to fit each athlete individually. Program scheduling and athlete training log are provide in a web-based format using the TrainingPeaks.com platform, utilizing uploaded training files that include GPS, power, heart rate, speed, and cadence data to review training.

In addition to a training program, he encourages weekly contact via email, phone and text messaging but prefers to meet in person when possible....especially if a ride and coffee is involved.

All Jon's coaching packages include online virtual training options on the Zwift platform as well as PerfPro Studio. As a Peak to Peak athlete, you are included in his Zwift Peak to Peak Training Club that gives you the option of doing your prescribed daily workouts on the Zwift platform, found under your own custom file folder. If you prefer Zwift, Jon accommodates that option as well and even invites you to his No-Drop Meet-Ups for indoor group training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm MST.  Weekend sessions are often offered as well  if weather has forced you indoors.

Online training & coaching? By receiving your training online, you and Jon will have access to your training 24 hours a day via phone app and computer. This will allow him to customize your schedule and monitor your progress with data uploaded from heart rate monitors, power meter data, and GPS in conjunction with daily training logs.  Jon emphasizes that although the technology is cool, web based tools can not replace actual coaching. A cooperative focus on communication, whether by email, phone, text or face-to-face meeting are critical components to the experience and relationship between coach and athlete.
